Shipping and Returns

ORDER CANCELATIONS

If you cancel your order after the item is ordered and invoiced from the distributor, a cancelation fee of 10% plus shipping costs will be assessed.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will either exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund of the purchase amount less a 25% restocking fee. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

The product must be returned within 10 business days from of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging and must include any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration information shipped with the product. If the original box has been opened or the product has been removed from its original packaging, a 15% open box fee will be assessed in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40% of the original purchase price).

Please note that we cannot accept returns of the following products:

  1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
  2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or “preowned”
  3. Products that have been installed or used after receipt.
  4. Firearms that have been transferred to buyer.
  5.  Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment.
  6. Holsters

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and do not insure or declare the full value of the product, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused

VERY IMPORTANT- FIREARM RETURNS!!

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, the firearm is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. In addition, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items.

We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. Should you discover a defect AFTER the transfer, you must return the firearm directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy. By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the additional transfer fees for returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEFECTIVE FIREARMS DIRECTLY TO Wisconsin Firearms Training Center. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must be transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.
